Registration
Registration needs to be completed before your child can attend SAND.
There is an annual Registration fee of £12 per child.
Registration can be completed in the following ways:
- Following the link at the bottom of this page which will take you straight to Kidsclubhq for self registration.
- Self-register with Kidsclubhq on-line using the following unique link specific to SAND https://sandoutofschoolclub.kidsclubhq.co.uk/rdr?u=home We do ask that when you register with Kidsclubhq that you take care when entering your information correctly. This information is very important and will help us to provide the right care for your children.
- Pick up a Registration form from the school foyer then return it to the school office with Registration fee in a sealed envelope addressed to SAND.
New Registrations
A Registration form is required to be completed for each child before attending the club.
Registration forms and fee are required to be renewed and updated annually in September.
The annual Registration fee is £12 per child which must be paid on registration.
Self-registration is completed through Kidsclubhq, you will need to register with them through the following
unique link specific to SAND.

Days booked are non-refundable.

Book After School Club
Places can be booked using your Kidsclubhq account.
All fees of £10.95 a session are payable in advance.
Book Holiday Club
Places can be booked using your Kidsclubhq account.
Fees of £30 a day are payable in advance.
